What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Shop Pay, and Paypal.
For all orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within Canada.
What can I do if my payment was declined?
In case your payment is declined, please contact your bank. For any other questions regarding payments, please contact us at care@unniglow.com.
Is it secure to pay online by credit/debit card?
Payment on unniglow.com is completely secure. Thanks to encryption in SSL mode, your banking information appears online only in encrypted form, in a manner that makes it invisible. This allows you to securely transmit any sensitive data.
SHIPPING
What shipping options are available and what are the costs?
In order to provide you with fast and efficient service, we offer two shipping options; Regular and Express. Prices are standard regardless of your order total. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Regular shipping is $14.99 and typically takes 5-7 business days.
Express shipping is $27.99, and delivers in 3-5 business days.
Processing may take up to 2 business days.
Can items be shipped internationally?
Orders placed on UNNIGLOW.COM can only be shipped within Canada, excluding the regions of Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador at this time.
REFUNDS
Please read the following before you start on the refund process.
To return a product, contact us within 15 days of receiving your products by emailing us at care@unniglow.com, with the order number in the subject line.
You have 30 days from date of purchase to receive a refund if all the criteria are met.
All products must be unopened and in its original packaging.
You may track the status of your return on "Your returns" under "Your account". A refund to your account will be issued to your credit/debit card for the price of the item(s) within 30 days following your return.
